Delivery
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- Other International: 10–20 business days
What shipping methods are used?
All orders are shipped using the fastest logistics providers available. Our shipping options will also be presented during checkout.
What are your shipping charges?
We have a flat rate of $4.69 per order for orders in the US.
For international orders, your shipping rate will be calculated and presented at checkout. Some estimates:
- Japan: $4.39 flat rate
- UK: $4.59 flat rate
- International: $11.99 flat rate
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
What if I have delivery issues?
If there are any issues with your delivery, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package, shop@tinomen.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
How do I track my order?
